Pick up Will Not be at our Warehouse

Pick up will be in Woodland, Ca Saturday June 25 & Sunday June 26 10am - 2PM

Winning bidders will receive precise pick-up instructions

If you cannot make pickup please DO NOT BID, The home will be cleared out after June 26 and you will not be able to receive your items. No refunds will be given for failure to pick up your items.

Small items (Must be able to fit in a small box) Can be brought back to our warehouse at a cost of $10.00 an item. Pick up can then be scheduled with a greater degree of flexibility. Please email us and ask if an item can be brought to the warehouse before bidding    

Loading: Limited loading assistance will be available on pick up day. Please come with adequate assistance for loading heavy items. This auction has some particularly large items, please come prepared.

Once A Bid Is Placed It Cannot Be Retracted.

13% buyers premium will be added to the winning bid.
