Lot 107 - Lot 133 will require special pick up arrangements. These items will not be picked up at our warehouse. Winning bidders will pick up these items, by appointment at an estate in Roseville, CA. Address will be provided to winning bidders.
Loading: Limited loading assistance will be available on pick up day. Please come with adequate assistance for loading heavy items.
