Are you relocating? Downsizing? Placer Auctions offers an innovative way of conducting an estate sale that takes the pressure off of you and your family.

All of our sales are conducted online. We have found that the expanded audience and bidding enthusiasm generated on the internet results in increased sales when compared to traditional estate sale formats. Additionally, the online format maintains the seller's privacy to a degree not possible with on-site sales. An online auction can also be a great option if your neighborhood doesn’t allow traditional estate sales.

The Process:
We will come to your location and speak with you about your goals, timeline, and potential value of your items. Once you are satisfied with the terms and wish to move forward, simply remove the items that you want to keep from the property. After this, Placer Auctions handles the rest. This includes photographing, researching, and cataloging your items. We will create a thorough description for each item, then upload everything to our website for your online auction. Pick up is arranged at the home 1-2 days after the auction ends. On pick up day, you can be sure only winning bidders show up. That means no long weekends with strangers walking in and out of your home. After the auction, a settlement check and full accounting report are provided to the seller within 14 days of completion.
