Small, tan colored stoneware teapot featuring intricate carved design. Etched into one side of the teapot is a bird sitting on a blooming branch, and etched into the other side are Chinese characters. The etchings have a glossy finish while the rest of the teapot is left unglazed. The bottom and lid of the teapot have an intricate carved design, and the knob on the lid contains a small moving ball. Maker's mark engraved on the bottom. Measures approximately 6.5" long, 5" wide, 4.75" tall with an opening diameter of 2.5". Great condition.
